Bernie Monsalvo, opening with a seeming scriptural contradiction that the world is God’s but that it must be delivered from evil (inspired by the god of this age), affirms that we must be thankful for the knowledge of the coming Kingdom of God. All physical possessions that we think we own belong to God; we use them temporarily. The god of this age has attempted to blind us to the truth and certainty of God’s coming kingdom, the stone that will topple Nebuchadnezzar’s image of the historical succession of world empires. Before the coming of Christ, the saints will receive much persecution from the horrific Fourth Beast, a power promoting wickedness and perversion, made more pervasive by technology. It will be increasingly more difficult to extricate ourselves from the Babylonian system, empowered with the wrathful force of Satan the Devil. God’s called out ones will feel the full brunt of Satan’s insane anger meted out by the Beast. Jesus Christ, accompanied by the 144,000, will destroy both the Beast and the False Prophet, setting up the Kingdom of God on this earth.
