Reg Killingley, reflecting on the tumultuous political and economic upheavals around the globe, examines God's economic system as it unfolds in the pages of the Bible. We would not categorize it as an “ism” (capitalism, communism, socialism, mercantilism), but it was based upon the granting of territorial land which would remain in a family forever (if it were administer wisely). God created the land and planted a garden. The earth is the Lord's and the fullness thereof. A tithe could be considered rent for the blessing of the earth. Unfortunately, mankind polluted this land, corrupting this blessing from God. Various kingdoms and dominions would often designate their rulers as gods—descended from gods—such as the sun, the earth. State religions in Europe carved out Catholic and Lutheran enclaves. Today the Muslim religion envisions caliphates establishing Muslim dominance.  God Almighty is not limited to any one geographic region, but inhabits the universe. God's called-out ones will inherit the world and eventually the whole universe.
