We endeavor to get signed releases from anyone whose likeness or recorded material may be used directly by us for our website and/or audio visual distribution. We do not typically attempt to get signed releases from everyone that may be incidentally recorded.

However, just as with your personal information, we also recognize that you are the final authority on how we may or may not use your likeness and/or recorded material.

If we use your likeness and/or recorded material, and you prefer that it not be used or distributed, please let us know and we will promptly remove it.
